RightsGuard™ provides anti-piracy services including leak detection, DMCA enforcement, evidence capture, and case reporting. By accessing our site or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Authorized Content

You may only submit content that you own or are legally authorized to protect. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide regarding ownership, licensing, and legitimate distribution channels.

3. Services

Depending on your package, services may include:

• Leak scans across platforms and search results
• Preparation and transmission of DMCA or similar notices
• Tracking of link removals and platform responses
• Export of evidence bundles and reports for your records

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

We cannot guarantee that all infringing content will be removed or that every platform will respond as requested. Each platform applies its own policies and legal standards.

5. Fees and Refund Policy

Services may be billed as a one-time case fee, subscription, or per-scan basis as described on the RightsGuard™ pricing page. Because work begins promptly on each case, fees are generally non-refundable once a case is accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightsGuard™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including lost revenue from piracy or platform decisions beyond our control.
