RG Intel™ provides off-platform exposure intelligence and reporting for digital assets. By accessing the site or using services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Authorized Content

You may only submit assets you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of ownership, licensing, and official distribution links provided to RG Intel™.

3. Services

Depending on plan or package, services may include:

• Intelligence Snapshot across off-platform surfaces and discovery vectors
• Human verification for selected signals and confidence scoring (where included)
• Executive reporting outputs (snapshots, quarterly packets, trends, and interpretations)
• Exportable documentation for internal review and stakeholder reporting

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

RG Intel™ provides intelligence outputs based on observed signals and available surfaces. We cannot guarantee the discovery of every instance of exposure or the outcomes of actions taken by third parties.

5. Fees and Refund Policy

Services may be billed as a one-time fee, subscription, or per-scan basis as described on the pricing or checkout pages. Fees are generally non-refundable once service delivery begins or access is granted, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RG Intel™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including business losses related to third-party platform decisions outside RG Intel’s control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
